The Department of International Relations (DIR), SVKM and KSV successfully organized an Essential Safety & Emergency Preparedness Session on 04 July 2026 at the SVKM Campus, Kadi.

The programme featured Fire Safety & Emergency Response Training by Mr. R. M. Sheikh, covering fire prevention, extinguisher usage, evacuation procedures, and a live fire drill. Additionally, the participants attended a First Aid & Basic Life Support Training conducted by Ms. Patel Jeel under the guidance of Dr. Hemali Prajapati, where they learned CPR, choking management, rescue breathing, and other essential first aid techniques through practical demonstrations. The session equipped participants with valuable life-saving skills while promoting preparedness, responsibility, and community safety.
