Expert Sessions Conducted by the Communication and Skills Department, KSV: Enhancing Resumes and Exploring Ancient Indian Ethics in Business

The Expert Session on Resume Crafting was conducted by the Communication and Skills Department, KSV. It was organized by the MBA department, LDRP-ITR for 72 student participants. The session emphasized the importance of personal branding, tailoring resumes to specific roles, and quantifying achievements to strengthen narratives. Participants were encouraged to leverage networking opportunities and view their resumes as evolving documents that require feedback. Overall, the session provided valuable insights and practical skills for enhancing resumes and improving job prospects.
The Expert Session on the Relevance of Ancient Indian Ethics in Management and Business was also conducted by the Communication and Skills Department, KSV. Organized by the MBA department, LDRP-ITR for 80 student participants, the session highlighted the significance of ancient Indian approaches to organization, management, and business, including moral governance and the business practices of Ram Rajya, the Mahabharata, and the Golden Gupta Era.
