A Faculty Development Program on Soft Skills and Research Skills was organized by the Department of Communication Skills, iFDP and iSEP Cell, KSV, in collaboration with Ahmedabad Management Association from December 8th to 13th, 2025.

Participants from the various constituent colleges of Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya explored diverse knowledge areas, including Work Ethics, Theory of Kaizen, and Personal Wellbeing, while also gaining hands-on learning in more technical areas like Digital Communication and AI in Research.

The six-day training program proved to be a highly enriching journey into the experiential pursuit of knowledge, guided by experts from the Ahmedabad Management Association.
