A fine opportunity for the interested KSVians to get to know Germany as a place to study and work. During the trip to Hamburg, Hannover, Wolfsburg, Heidelberg, Neckarsulm, Suttagart Frankfurt, and Munich, the participants shall get the opportunity to visit renowned universities, factories, and plants visits and get to know the country of Germany.

The vision of program is to empower learners to start solving cross-border challenges, uncover new possibilities and develop revolutionary ideas and solution for their future.

    • 1st Installment (VISA Fees, Documentation collection & submission fees, Return Air tickets, Hotel Accommodation, Insurance): ₹ 1,43,0000/- ( Last Date 08-08-2023) Non-refundable.

    • 2nd Installment (Remaining Cost Payment):  ₹ 1,43,000/- ( Last Date 17-08-2023) Non-refundable.

VISA Filling requirement: Proof of Accommodation in Germany,  Round trip reservation, or itinerary with air ticket,  Adequate Health Insurance Coverage, and internal transportation bookings.

All the interested students must contact the respective college principals/ coordinator with a cheque of Rs 50,000/- ( non refundable) with an application letter along with parents consent.

The standard time is around 4 weeks before the applicant receives the VISA decision
Additional List of documents shall be shared after the registration, but the basic list of documents are mentioned below: 1) Application form: You must provide a filled-out and signed application form for your visa. You can usually download the form online via the embassy website, print it and fill it out. Please make sure to submit accurate and complete information. 2) Declaration of accuracy of information: Submit a signed declaration of accuracy of information with the rest of your documents. 3) Your passport: You must provide your passport which must be valid for additional three months after you leave Germany, contains two blank pages and was issued in the last ten years. 4) Identification photographs: One identity photograph in line with the Schengen visa photo guidelines — the photo must not be older than 6 months. 5) Proof of residency in India: Submit proof of residency in India such as your utility bill — make sure to provide the original document plus one copy. 6) Schengen travel health insurance: Provide proof of purchased valid travel health insurance that covers you in the Schengen Area and has a minimum of EUR 30,000 equivalent to INR 2,678,473.72 of medical coverage including medical emergencies. 7) Proof of accommodation: Submit proof of accommodation during your stay in the country. You can submit proof of hotel reservation, rental agreement, and Airbnb, or if you’re staying with someone an invitation letter. 8) Travel itinerary: Please provide a travel itinerary for your entry and visit to the country and include proof of reserved flight ticket. 9) Proof of sufficient financial means: You must submit your recent bank statements from the last three months showing you have sufficient funds to cover your travel to Germany. Your bank statements must show the name and address of the owner. 10) Declaration form for additional contact and legal representation information. Submit two completed and signed copies of this declaration form. 11) Proof of enrollment & No Objection Letter from University. 12) Travel Itinerary. A description of your trip to Europe, your purpose of travelling, which places are you going to visit in Europe, the time frame and all the personal data.
