The Communication Skills and iSEP Cell, Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya (KSV), in collaboration with the Ahmedabad Management Association (AMA), commenced the Student Development Program 2026 for the 68 final year B Com Students of Ashvinbhai A. Patel Commerce College, Gandhinagar, on the 8th September 2026 at Brahmani Krupa Hall, S3ctor-23,
The opening session, “General Business Communication & Crisis Communication,” was conducted by Mr. Deepak Pandya, AMA, and focused on:

• Managing Misunderstandings
• Choosing the Right Communication Channel
• Handling Difficult Conversations
• Communication Under Pressure
• Stakeholder Communication
• Communication, Trust & Responsibility
Through interactive discussions and practical examples, students explored how effective communication shapes professional relationships, decision-making, conflict management, and workplace readiness. The session successfully connected classroom learning with real-world workplace expectations, reinforcing that communication is not merely a language skill—it is a core professional competency.
The Communication Skills and iSEP Cell, KSV, with Ahmedabad Management Association and Ashvinbhai A. Patel Commerce College, looks forward to having more such sessions as a part of this three-day initiative aiming to equip our students with the enhanced professional skills for their future careers.
