KSV and HRCI, USA MOU

Under the visionary leadership of Hon. President Shri Vallabhbhai M. Patel , Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya (KSV) marked yet another significant milestone in its journey of academic excellence and international collaboration.
Following KSV’s earlier visit to the United States, where the foundation for collaboration with the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) was first established, this week witnessed a defining moment on Indian soil. KSV had the distinct honor of hosting Mr. Jorge Nomdedeu (J.D.), Managing Director – EMEA & APAC, HRCI, along with Mr. Trushant Mehta, Co-founder & CTO, OpenEyes Technologies Inc.
The visit marked the second step in this growing global partnership, culminating in the formal signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between KSV University and HRCI — the world’s premier organization for HR certification and competency standards.
During the interactive session, Mr. Nomdedeu shared profound insights on the importance of building globally certified HR professionals and emphasized HRCI’s vision to nurture leaders who combine ethics, innovation, and strategic thinking. He appreciated KSV’s commitment to advancing HR education and fostering an international learning ecosystem.
This historic collaboration makes KSV University the first-ever university in India to introduce the prestigious HRCI Certification Program for both its students and faculty members — creating pathways for global recognition and professional distinction in the HR domain.
HRCI certifications, recognized across more than 100 countries, are regarded as the gold standard in HR excellence, validating knowledge, practical expertise, and ethical leadership. By integrating these programs into its academic structure, KSV reaffirms its mission to prepare globally competent, future-ready professionals.

Dr. Jinal Joshi , on behalf of KSV, formally signed a distinguished agreement with HRCI (Human Resource Certification Institute) to co-create a groundbreaking HR certification program, a course that will become an integral part of management education at KSV.
At the heart of this collaboration is Mr. Jorge (J.D.) Nomdedeu, Managing Director of Global Operations at HRCI, whose vision and leadership in advancing HR practices globally have been instrumental in shaping this partnership.
The initiative has been strongly supported by Dr. Bhavin Pandya, Dean of the Management Colleges at KSV, and Dr. Keyur Shah, Director at KSV, whose guidance continues to drive academic excellence and global collaborations for the university.
The signing was facilitated by Openeyes, with Mr. Wade Delk ensuring due diligence on the agreements, and the consistent guidance of Mr. Trushant Mehta, Founder of Openeyes, whose efforts have been pivotal in bringing global opportunities to KSV.
