The Department of Communication Skills and ISEP Cell conducted a pre-placement training program for final and pre-final semesters students of B. P. College of Computer Studies (BCA), Gandhinagar, S V Institute of Computer Studies (BCA), Gandhinagar, and S.K. Patel Institute of Management and Computer Studies (MCA), Gandhinagar on 3rd, 4th and 5th March 2025.

The sessions focused on possessing essential technical as well as professional skills such as adaptability, willingness to learn, problem solving and communication skills. Through interactive activities and expert guidance, students gained valuable insights into preparing an effective resume and developing professional behaviour, preparing them for successful job interviews and workplace environments. The training was well-received, with students expressing increased confidence in their placement journey. The last day was marked by the mock interview sessions conducted by the panels consisting of the industry experts, college faculty members and the CSD faculties, which elevated the students’ confidence through the real-life exposure to the selection process in the work life.
