Toulouse Institute for Infectious and Inflammatory diseases – France 2023

Our scholarly student participated in a week-long research program at INSERM in Toulouse, France, starting on April 1, 2023, and gained hands-on experience with the latest technology exploring new machines and tools to solve a given biological question.

 

Dr. Meryem Aloulou (Scientist CR at Inserm)

Dr. Meryem Aloulou (Scientist CR at Inserm) is an immunologist interested in deciphering the regulatory mechanisms of immune homeostasis and their relevance to disease was a mentor our student. She is a tenured researcher with Inserm at the Infinity Centre, Toulouse

In 2020-2021 she was elected a By-Fellow of Churchill College, University of Cambridge, through the support of the French Government Fellowship program.
