A full day training workshop for Deans, Directors and Principals of KSV and SVKM (21st July 2025) and for HODs and Cell Heads of KSV ( 22nd July 2025) on Executive Presence was organized by the Department of Communication Skills, iFDP and iSEP Cell, KSV.
Ms. Vinee Ajmera, the Founder CEO of Personage was invited to conduct the workshop. The highly engaging sessions generated a great deal of interaction and exchange of ideas, impressions and interpretations among the participants on both the days. Fun activities, role plays and brainstorming activities clubbed with the conceptual clarity provided a new insight into the various leadership roles within the organizational hierarchy.
The workshops left a lasting impression of the newly perceived insights for the leadership roles that the individuals play as a part of their profiles, and provoked a great deal of reflections on the same.
