The Department of Communication Skills and ISEP Cell conducted a pre-placement training program for final semester M.Sc. Biotechnology and Microbiology students at SMMPISR, Gandhinagar, on December 12th, 13th, and 17th, 2024. The sessions focused on enhancing essential skills such as teamwork, building confidence for public speaking, and improving body language. Through interactive activities and expert guidance, students gained valuable insights into effective communication and professional behaviour, preparing them for successful job interviews and workplace environments. The training was well-received, with students expressing increased confidence in their placement journey.
