The Department of Communication Skills and iSEP Cell, KSV, in collaboration with Ahmedabad Management Association, organized a six-day Faculty Development Program on Communication and Personal Effectiveness (11th–19th August 2025) at LDRP-ITR campus.
Day 1: Professional Communication – discovering communication styles and effectiveness (Ms. Lalitha Iyer).
Day 2: Written Business Communication – reports & proposals writing (Dr. Bonisa Dave).
Day 3: Goal Setting, SWOT Analysis & Time Management (Mr. Bhagyesh Dave).
Day 4: Kaizen for Personal & Professional Effectiveness (Mr. Kiran Patel).
Day 5: Mindset, Belief Systems & Personality Awareness for Growth (Mr. Deepak Pandya).
Day 6: Change Management & Teamwork, followed by Certificate Felicitation (Mr. Francis Lobo & AMA team).
The program combined interactive activities, self-reflection, and practical tools, leaving participants with deeper insights into communication, leadership, and personal growth.
